Warranty Information

Warranty Information:

All printed items purchase are covered by a 1-year warranty from the day of purchase. The item will be reprinted free of charge, shipping will not be covered.

What is covered by warranty is as follows:

1. Puncture

2. Problem with the manufacturing of the product (i.e. layer split, melting, etc.)

3. Break from normal use

All others are determined by me. (I'm pretty relaxed on these and will do my best to help you out, just try not to snap the piece over your knee lol)

If the item takes over 24 hours to print (or is in a material other than PLA) you might have to pay material fees.
